Weather/ Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a reservation for any reason including weather however payment is non refundable. Cancellations are given credit with our company for up to one year following the original reservation date. You may also transfer your credit to a friend or family member. Please call our reservations representatives at (904) 647-6481 to cancel or reschedule a reservation and we will be happy to assist you.
Refund / Cancellation Policy We do not give refunds for cancellations. This is because we carry limited quantities of each product and our equipment is sometimes reserved weeks or months in advance for parties. By reserving equipment for your party we place that equipment out of service from anyone else being able to rent.
Cancellations Please call us immediately if you think you may cancel at (904) 647-6481 Monday – Saturday 9am-6pm and have your invoice number ready. Simply sending an email or leaving a message is not enough to cancel a reservation. To apply your credit to a new reservation in the future just give us the date of the reservation you cancelled or use the same name and email as the previous reservation for future orders. As soon as you know the reschedule date call us so we can make sure your items are not rented to anyone else. If your items are rented we will find you a substitute moonwalk or better.

Taxes are not included, unless you are tax exempt.
If you are tax exempt you have two options:
1. Contact us at (904) 647-6481 and If you have already made it to checkout we can find your reservation as a quote, and deduct the taxes by phone after we receive your tax exempt form.
2. If you have already placed a reservation online with taxes paid we can refund the taxes after we receive your tax exempt form. Please send us a copy of your tax exempt form to tnjbouncehouses.com@gmail.com

| We accept all major credit cards, money orders, cashier’s checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Personal Checks are no longer accepted by our company. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. |
